By downloading or using HomeSum (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
HomeSum is a personal budgeting tool that helps you record and understand your spending. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your device secure. Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Subscriptions & billing
HomeSum offers an optional Pro subscription (Monthly: EGP 69; Yearly: EGP 699). Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the App Store, depending on where you installed the app, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your store account (Google Play or your Apple subscriptions); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and charged in your store's local currency. For purchases made through the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
4. Not financial advice
HomeSum provides tools and summaries for informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Decisions you make based on the app are your own.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the app working reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeSum is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
